Privacy Policy

Pic-Snap-Shoot is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A copy may be obtained from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

What Is Personal Information and Why Do We Collect It?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual — such as names, addresses, email addresses, phone and mobile numbers. This is obtained through correspondence, email, our website, and third parties. We collect it primarily to provide our services, and may also use it for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose. You may unsubscribe from marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information will be used only for the primary purpose for which it was obtained, or a directly related secondary purpose, or with your consent or where required by law.

Third Parties

Where reasonable, we collect your Personal Information only from you. In some circumstances, third parties may provide information to us. Below are the privacy policies of third parties we use:

Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be disclosed where you consent, or where required or authorised by law.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it. Most Personal Information is stored in client files kept for a minimum of 7 years.

Access to Your Personal Information

We do not gather nor store your personal information. However, in the event otherwise, you may access the Personal Information we hold about you and request corrections, subject to certain exceptions. Pic-Snap-Shoot will not charge any fee for access requests, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy.

Usage of Customer Photos

From time to time, we may use some of photos taken during the event in our website or for advertising purposes. No photos will be shared with third parties without the express consent of the customers. In the event that a customer objects to the use of their photos, please drop us a message and we will action it as soon as possible.
